Community
Niverville is a small town in the Canadian province of Manitoba, located 28.6 km south of the Perimeter Highway which encircles the provincial capital, Winnipeg. This primarily farming community has seen an influx of people moving from the city looking to raise a family outside of the 'big city' influence. This migration has made Niverville one of the youngest and fastest growing communities in Manitoba. The town is located at the crossing of Provincial Road 311 and the CPR Emerson rail line, between Provincial Trunk Highways 75 and 59, providing an excellent rail link and two high-speed four-lane transport routes to and from the provincial capital, as well as to the USA, which is 82.5 km to the south. Niverville's population as of the 2006 census was 2464, up 28.3% from its 2001 level of 1921.[1] A recent estimate placed the town at 3200 inhabitants.

Health Services
The Niverville Primary Health Care Centre is a full service facility located within the Niverville Heritage Centre Complex on 2nd Street South. The doctor's offer both appointment hours as well as walk-in hours in both the morning and late afternoon. Additionally, complimentary services are available onsite including mental health workers, social workers, physiotherapists and others. The primary health care centre is currently in process of moving to larger state-of-the-art space within the commercial section of the centre that will allow for additional service providers under one roof.

Additional services are available throughout the community including dental services, chiropractic, homeopathic, massage and others. A full service fitness and dance centre is located on the east end of Main Street.

Education
The community is located within the Hanover School Division and has 2 schools, one from Kindergarten to grade six and another from grade seven to twelve. The Niverville Co-operative Preschool group offers transition preschool for ages 3-5. If French immersion is desired, access is available to both the immersion programs in Ill des Chenes or St. Adolphe and bussing is available to Ecole Heritage Immersion in St. Pierre-Jolys. As well as the DSFM program has regular bus runs throughout the town to a variety of schools. Following High School, extension courses are offered via the Eastman Campus in Steinbach, for both university and college courses. Providence Bible College located 8 miles south in Otterburne offers a combination of college accredited courses and seminary classes.

Daycare is available within the community from both licensed and unlicensed sources. A recent initiative has seen a larger licensed daycare that includes infant and afterschool programs setup in the Niverville Heritage Centre. Currently they are operating out of temporary space with plans to move into a combined location later in 2009. Below is a list of current daycare sources in the community.
